Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same account from which order has been placed or through store credit. Once we receive the product, the amount will be initiated in the next 24 – 48 hours. Your money will be reflected in your account in 5-7 working days.
COD Orders: A Cashgram link will be shared with you via SMS, Email and WhatsApp. Kindly enter the Bank Account Details or UPI followed by an OTP. The amount will be transferred to the mentioned Bank Account immediately.Store Credit: In case of wrong bank details, intimation will be sent for the same. If we don’t receive the reply within 7 days, the amount will be generated as a store credit and you’ll receive an email notification for the same.
