1. We are happy to refund for the product(s) purchased from burlingtons.in within 12 days from the date oforiginal purchase, provided they are unused/unwashed, and in the original selling condition,credit/debit card used and its payment slip. The refunds can take 7 to 14 days to process. If you donʼt receive your refund within this time, please contact your bank.
2. Customers shall not be entitled for refund of the discounted products.• Purchase made through/by redeeming gift vouchers/coupons.
3. Customers in Mumbai can return products at our store location in Taj Hotel – Mumbai.

5. Online purchased products can be returned/exchanged at the retail Outlet .
6. For the online return, INR 200 return shipping fee will be charged.

Things to Remember :
• Return request needs to be placed within 7 days of the delivery date or 12 days of placing the order .
• Your Order will be picked-up within 2-3 working days after we approve your request.
• All returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and return with the original packing when we receive it.
In case you receive a damaged / defective product, Return Requests should be placed within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to attach a photograph of the damaged/defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed
